Tealady

Based in Birkenhead, Auckland – The Tea Lady is a cafe, venue, store and producer of specialist teas and tea drinking experiences.  The client was looking for a way to create strong brand and online presence which would allow for effective promotion of the businesses services and an easy to manage online store which increased sales of their range of teas and giftware.

We helped by first creating a logo and brand identity, translating this not only to marketing collateral and a website but also to product labels and signage for the physical premises. Next, photography of the premises and products ensured high quality content for the website.

From there, the brand identity was mirrored in a look and feel for the website and shopping cart before the site was built and configured to start working for the client – acting as a 24/7/365 store available to people regardless of geographic location and a way to promote the other services of the client such as venue hire and catering.

It has had great success and continues to sell products to new and existing clients and provide an informative and attractive first stop for those searching for information about the client, the teas and the cafe.
